She entered the under-19 Bengal women's team at the age of 11, though after that she was selected to play for the Bengal senior team.

The house which was just 12 years old, she was nominated in the Indian player team for the ICC Women's Cricket t20 World Cup in the year 2020, in which all were one.

Richa Ghosh She started playing for her home team Bangladesh in the year 2018. She showed her very good performance in senior t20 during the women's T-20 challenge trophy 2020 she was seen by the national petitioners.  Out of which he scored 98 runs in 4 matches and he played a key role in reaching the final of fortune. During this time, he was named in the Indian team.

But she could not get a chance to play any match in the tournament, finally she played her t20 international in the final matches of Australia's national women's t20 series at the age of 16 on 12 February 2020.

He was born in a Bengal family, his father's name Mahendra and Ghosh have been a club level cricketer player in his younger days. He used to work as the Bengal Cricketer of the Year in Assam. Richa Ghosh was interested in cricket since childhood and he still wanted to become this cricketer, due to which his dream was fulfilled and fulfilled today.

He played a Twitter performance against Australia on 12 February 2020.  And last t20 match played on 24 February 2020.
